Each session runs from 10:30am – 11:30am and is perfect for all fitness levels.
Tickets are just $5, and members will receive a $5 voucher to use in the Grill or Courtyard on the same day.
Please bring a water bottle, yoga mat, and towel to each class.

Wednesday Yoga
Our yoga sessions focus on flexibility, balance, strength, and mindful breathing, with guided poses suitable for all levels. Enjoy reduced tension, improved clarity, and enhanced wellbeing. Please bring a mat or towel for floor work.
