From starting in our functions team a decade ago to stepping up as Duty Manager, and now leading as our Food & Beverage Manager, JT has worn many hats - and worn them all with dedication, passion, and an unstoppable work ethic.

Whether he’s running the floor, jumping into the kitchen to lend a hand, or guiding our team, JT gives 110% every single day. He knows this place like the back of his hand. If you need help, he’s your go-to. Always up for a laugh, a chat, and a great time, he’s not just a leader but a great friend to so many of us.
