Tickets are only $5, and as a bonus, members will receive a $5 voucher to use in the Grill or Courtyard on the same day.

What do the classes involve?
Yoga
Our yoga sessions introduce participants to basic yoga poses and techniques, focusing on flexibility, balance, strength, and movement with the breath. Ideal for all levels and abilities, these sessions aim to reduce tension, improve mental clarity, and boost overall wellbeing through guided, accessible yoga poses and practices. Please bring a mat or towel, as this session will be on the floor.
Zumba
Our Zumba sessions are high-energy, fun-filled classes designed to get your heart pumping and your body moving! These sessions combine upbeat music with easy-to-follow dance routines, focusing on cardio, strength, and coordination. Perfect for all fitness levels, Zumba classes aim to improve overall fitness, enhance mood, and promote social engagement in a positive and inclusive environment. Please wear comfortable clothing and supportive shoes, as this session will involve standing and dancing.
