Hot seafood mezze plate – Garlic prawn (2), oysters baked with spinach & hollandaise (2), charred grilled octopus and black king fish fillets with dipping sauces and toasted ciabatta

Carpaccio of Grandchester Eye Fillet – With capers, red onion, fine herbs, truffled remoulade & hot buttered toast

Medallion of Beef Tenderloin – Pan seared scallop, jamon crisps, duck fat potato, broccolini, baby carrots and a shiraz jus

Confit Organic Chicken Crown – Steamed baby vegetables, buttered kipflers and a forest mushroom and dark chicken stock reduction sauce

Oven Baked Van Dieman Gulf Reef Cod – Steamed kai ian, dashi stock, soba noodles, pickled wakame finished with a sesame & soy dressing
